How will I receive information about my order once I place it?

We send a confirmation email out containing all of the information about your order. We will also send a shipping confirmation email once your order has been sent with your tracking information.

How long does it take for you to process my order?

It takes us between 2 - 75 working days to process your order due to the amount of orders we receive from our lovely customers! All orders are printed on demand.

I have only received part of my order?

Don't worry! We work with multiple UK suppliers to give you the best prices! Your other items will be on their way and should be with you anytime soon :) Please check your tracking info for more details.

Shipping

What are your postage options?

All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post, completely free of charge.

My item has been shipped. How long will it take to reach me?

On average it takes orders between 1 - 3 working days.

Please check your order tracking and wait until after these expected shipping times before contacting us about your order.

Refunds & Exchanges

My order is damaged. Can I have a refund?

We try our hardest to ensure that our orders arrive in the best condition possible. We apologise if this is not the case. Please contact us via our contact form and include your order number and we will offer you a refund once we have received a photo of the issue.

I've changed my mind about my order. Can I get a refund?

As our items are custom made and printed on demand, unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges.
